DIMM sockets are color coded in pairs of black or white sockets. DIMM groups are four similar colored DIMM sockets starting from the center (four black DIMM sockets), then a pair of white sockets on each side, then black and so on. For additional information please refer to the Manual. For optimal performance, modules should be installed in groups of four. |
